
Weddings are my favorite the moment before the bride enters, the kiss, the
celebration, and of course, the cake. As your pastry chef, I’ll make planning your wedding cake as exciting, relaxing and delicious as possible.
The process is simple: I’ll meet with you to discuss your wedding plans and your vision for your wedding cake. If you’re not quite sure what you want, I’ll bring my portfolio along and share ideas to help create the perfect cake.
Next we’ll sample a variety of cakes, fillings & frostings to help you find the perfect flavor and texture combination. During the tasting, we’ll also talk about how you want your cake to look. I’ll work with you until you are completely satisfied and confident about your cake.
And then, you’re done. The rest is up to me. While you cross off “cake” from
your to-do list, I’ll take care of everything else, including delivery, set-up, and a
complimentary one-year anniversary cake.
